If you're trying to get one of my designs and you were directed here, then reply with your favorite color and aesthetic.
- Permission to copy/take inspiration from it is decided by its current owner
- Terms of Use for media featuring it is decided by its current owner and the media's creator
- I might use the original design to advertise my work creating designs (in which case, I'd let the current owner know, and I wouldn't say who they are unless they'd want me to)
- Use it for commercial purposes (except for advertising design creation of course lol)
- Use it as a sona, 'Kith/Heart' it
- 'Kin' it (Though FYI, in case you're selective about designers, I don't believe in Kin /Neu)
- Redesign it to the point it'd be considered a "cousin" to its original self
however it's not allowed to replace its original self the original should be kept as an alt design for the character, or as a seperate character entirely - Revert previous owners' changes
- Use it to promote behavior that might cause bodily or mental harm
- Sell it for virtual currency, other than DeviantArt points
- Sell or trade it at a higher value without creating additional media for it
- Trade it for computer generated media (AI art, randomly generated NFTs, etc.) ಠ_ಠ
- Delete the design's Toyhou.se page
