Story
But Bjonse never wanted to be a hero. He just wanted to travel. He wanted to kick his dad's ass. He wanted to gamble and have fun. So why must he be placed upon a pedestal, as a warrior who must save the world. Over and over, through wars and battles. Hydaelin is a cruel mistress and he's feeling a lot like her boy toy.
To make matters worse, he finds out quite suddenly that his mother might just be a dragon. So he might just be going through his mid-life crisis right now.
His Past...
Born to an "Au Ra" mother and a Vierran father. One who has left him alone, one who is always absent. Bjonse was pretty much orphaned since he was young. He was born with vierra traits and thus his mother had left him to the wood wardens. Being an outsider, he felt alone within the same community of vieras. He was not a part of them, despite looking alike. Their culture, their interests, felt strange to him. Though he was content being able to eat and sleep safely, it wasn't until one astral moon, he transformed. Scales appearing on his face, covering his neck, chest, arms and legs. His vierra ears gone, replaced by a velvety dark horn.Terrified of what the wood wardens would do to him if they found out, he ran away. Since then, he would travel alone. Every few moons, he would shift between his au ra form and his viera form. On one occasion, he met a young roegadyn by the name of Maree-us. Though their meeting was choppy, he was taken in by the roe's family and for a while, Bjonse felt at ease. But alas, when the astral moon hits, he shifts to an au ra and left again, not before his friend Maree-us catches a glimpse of the velvety dragon.
Throughout his life, he lived to survive. In his early 20s, he was reqruited by the Immortal Flames to work alongside Nogla, the so-called warrior of light. She could sense within him Hydaelin's blessing and soon enough he joined the Scions.
With his fists and comically large weapons, he's a trusted companion to have in parties. Too bad he refuse to tell anyone about his shifting abilities.
Present Day...
In Ul'dah he travelled with Thancred. Defeating the primals was no easy task but along with his party of 4, they took down each primal one by one. Time passes and the Scions have defeated the Ultima Weapon and kicked Lahabrea's ass.
It's all blur then. Bjonse enjoyed himself to a round of gambles in the Golden Saucer. He's figuring himself out, he might have feelings for men as much as he does women. The Crsytal Braves was erected yet he couldn't shake the feeling that something was off with them. And then, helping the ishgardians with their dragon problem. A party and then...
Betrayal.
Now on the run and hiding in Ishgard along with Maree-us, Alhpinaud and Tataru, Bjonse enters the land of the extreme cold and dragons. Here, he learns of his mother. Of how he could understand the dragons so easily. Truly, it's the worse possible time to be learning he might be half-dragon and standing on land that fear and hate dragons.
