I'm still working on his story so sorry if everything is all over the place! I kinda jump from one section to a comepletely different section LMAO
WARNING I've made Vandel into a villan / antagonist so his story and behavior are very dark for a pokemon fan character. He is a serial murderer towards humans only and his actions towards them can come off as abusive or tortuous. He deals with a lot of mental health problems mostly when it comes to physiological behavior, he doesn't think of himself as human or animal just an entity to purify the world and cause pain towards humans. He is very revenged based and cannot form any real relationships with others.
Please note there are mentions of harm / violence towards pokemon in his past
