Hence why the City is pure Chaos and everyone is afraid of everyone. The good people left long ago and left are the brutal ones committing crime every day. Many groups were formed and they protect each other and fight against other gorups to get the group who rules over the whole city. TBN isn't part of any group, he fights on his own. He could be called a serial killer who likes to kill with a bat.

He is a vent sona and mainly used to portray strong violence and heavy gore.
