A traveling merchant who has a habit acquiring and reselling obscure, and "questionable" items and power ups thoughout the Mario world. From Isle Delfino to Beanbean Kingdom. If you want it, he's got it.
On one of his travels he came across a cursed item enfusing a nearby Piranha Plant onto his head.
He gives off a slightly sketchy vibe due to the plant on his head but upon closer inspection, he's a genuine Toad like any other.
He's extremely persuasive when it comes to making a deal - WILL NOT GIVE UP and might even get aggressive to make a coin.
The Piranha Plant attached to his head is sentient and gave him the ability to fly, spew poison and the ability to manipulate vines from his head.
They can emote together and he will chomp down harder or squeeze down when he's uncomfortable or unhappy, expressing it doesn't want to be there or senses something's wrong.
Dobello carries a magical sack "acquired" from one of his travels. It contains a treasure trove of items collected from across the world that are rarely seen.
Items include obscure or "illegal" power-ups, various items from multiple gaming franchises, and Chuckola Cola.
