COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE.

By commissioning me you automatically agree to my terms of service. Unawareness of rules do not exempt you from them.

- Payment is in USD currency, via Paypal.
- I will ask for complete payment after the client approves the sketch.
- I don't do any kind of refunds after payment; I only do full refunds if i'm unable to finish the commision. 
If this is the case, the advance of the commission will be sent to the client.
- If a commission is cancelled before payment, no progress will be sent to the client.
- I reserve the right to decline any request. Won't provide reasons. 

- Turnaround time ranges from one week to two months.
- Updates will be sent periodically
- I don't work with deadlines.
- Commissions will be sent through Toyhou.se [Private messages or direct upload to profile] or e-mail.
- Commissions will be sent in a .PNG format.


- Commissions are not to be used without proper credits.
This means, a link to this toyhouse account [R4TCADE] or any other of my social media.
- Commission may be uploaded by the artist to online portfolios, websites and social media,
all with proper character owner credits. This can be discussed with the client.
- Commissions are for personal use only. No commercial use allowed.

I can draw:

• Feral & Anthro
• Humans / Humanoids
• Fancharacters
• CBC's (Character-based characters)

I won't draw:

• Heavy gore
• Detailed backgrounds
• Buff or elderly characters
• Mecha

I can try:

• Birds
• Reptiles
• Non humanoid characters / Monsters
• NSFW

DESIGN/CUSTOMS/ADOPTS TERMS OF SERVICE

Ykw, check article 3.2 of TH rules. Follow my TOS. 

-Only apply to my designs + my alt designs (chainx).
-You can make charms, plushies, suits, any merch of my characters. I'd love to be notified if you do!
- Don't delete the TH profiles. Don't sell them in other sites. This will cause an auto-blacklist
- Don't make twin characters off my designs.
- Design can be modified, preferably as long as the character is recognizable.
Don't forget to add yourself as a designer if you modify it!
- Credit me for my designs.
- You can sell the design if you received them through irl currency sale, trades or art. Freebies can't be sold without extra art or worth added.
Don't overprice the character either [add +$50 worth for adding a 3 minute sketch 💀]. That's just adopt ettiquete.
