Jake

Jake is a grey, green-eyed anthro cat.  He's also a fucking weirdo with a heart of gold.  He's incredibly spastic, reactive, annoying, with the ability to turn on a dime in terms of emotions.  He can be seen ranting about something random or laughing at nothing really at all.  He's oddly enough good at school, despite being ... fucking insane. While his life is just as shit as Alex's, he seems to have a better outlook. But he also tends to be a bit optimistic with how he thinks life will turn out.  Like Alex, he struggles with mental illness. But this time it's not depression, it's mania, ADHD, and anxiety.  In the back of his head, he worries he wont amount to anything too. 

He currently is searching for a job as a ... chemistry... guy.  He's not sure.  Unfortunately, he starts rambling at the mouth and never makes a good impression at a job interview.  Never past the first round. As if he thought his plan B of forming a band was a better idea, he's picked up guitar despite putting it down seven years ago.  He's unable to focus to practice because his brain doesn't let him to do so.  He uses his love of classic rock to provide motivation.

He's best friends with Alex.  Even though they stopped talking after high school just because they drifted apart and after some tension, they still rekindle a very strong relationship after Jake returns home from university.  

He had a relationship with Jane in high school (which is a WIP rn).

He always wears his baseball cap with a red tie-short sleeve colored shirt
