About
Initially born in the undercity of Philant, Jehuty lived the first years of his life in the shadows. A kind soul in a world that didn't care for kindness, he quickly took to shrouding his thoughts and feelings, resulting in a calm, cool demeanor from a young age. With a knack for tinkering, he set his sights on technology with a side of clothing design. This resulted in him becoming known in various industries as an underdog developer of both tech and fashion; niche, but has enough of a following that recognizes him in one of his more 'public' appearances.
Before his years moving to the upper city however, he took part in various crime rings. While no name was made during this time, it was still enough to spur his pursuit of knowledge in the dark. Stay one step ahead, no matter the cost. Even should such knowledge be detrimental to him...
Personality
He puts up a very calm, amicable, if not a little condescending public face. If there's something he doesn't know, he'll go to great lengths to acquire the knowledge of it. With no fear of manipulations or consequences, he can become rather reckless in his pursuit. However, he does so slyly, as if he has a plan for just about anything that could try to deter him.

- Ankh marking is only on back right grabber.
- When speaking, his grabbers wil gesture as normal hands while his smaller claws will typically sign what he's saying. A habit he's picked up from the library.
- He makes a pretty good ventriloquist.

Libraries
As a center of knowledge, it's naturally the first place that comes to his mind when asked where he'd like to go. His day job (that doesn't involve anything potentially dubious or fashion design) is upkeep at a large library in the Luxuriant District.
Fashion
Second only to libraries would be his main occupation on the public front; fashion design. While not a top of the line name brand or even a regular name in various stores, he's carved out a small niche for himself and his audience in the techwear and more urban style markets.
Secrets
Or any knowledge that would be considered 'forbidden', really. By night he's an information broker, dealing in documents and other reports that higher-ups might not like traded around. The especially juicy stuff, he keeps to himself; he likes to think of himself as a 'living library'.
Street food
He swears food that comes from a stall on the street or a food truck is the best thing he's ever tasted, going as far as to rank how good each one he visits. There's a tab open on his computer at all times for reviews of eateries in the city.

Corruption
Jehuty grew up with an intense sense of justice, despite demeanors he keeps up when dealing with less than savory individuals. While cordial, if he hears of someone in a high position using it to their advantage at the expense of others, he'll find strings to pull to begin having them crumble.
Uncleanliness
Particularly on his part; he doesn't mind others. However, if one thing is out of place in his public-facing life, he'll go out of his way to fix it as quickly as possible. The thought of going a few days without a shower or bath makes his skin itch.
Authority
Very much ties in with the first point. He very much sees corruption in many systems, but would rather seek reform than let it crumble altogether. The less he has to deal with the law, the better; he follows rules and covers his tracks on anything that would be considered illegal. Most of the run-ins have ended with him either talking or paying his way out, but he makes sure these happenings are far and few between.
Skills
Sewing
From a very young age, Jehuty grew up alone and needing to fend for himself. He learned very quickly how to patch up torn and old clothing, picking up various stitching patterns along the way. He prefers to hand-stitch his initial concepts and personal commissions for clients, but his mass-produced work has to be machine sewn to keep up with demand, much to his dismay sometimes. He'd sew every garment by hand if he could.
Signing
A habit he picked up since starting at the library. To assist those who are hard of hearing or deaf, Jehuty taught himself common sign language. At first, he used his grabbers, but quickly learned it works much better if he uses his smaller arms for more fine gestures. It's become something he does in casual conversation with individuals he's not famliar with, especially in the relative silence of a library.
Drawing
Coming with his passion for fashion, Jehuty started drawing to begin conceptualizing his visions. He excels in gesture drawing, drawing fast and loose to put his ideas to paper quickly and with the energy he envisions them with. Most of his finalized designs are some of the faster, less refined sketches that kept their energy.
Trivia
- He enjoys doing little parasitic 'shifts', letting one of his fingers or hands contort. While he doesn't have tolerance, he likes finding his 'casual' limits outside of life-threatening situations.
- Not quite hyper-flexible, but Jehuty is capable of contorting his body in ways that would be incredibly uncomfortable.
- He's tried to enter the Platmon Forest before, but gets cold feet before walking in. Any opportunity he had, even a clear one where he could make it in without anyone seeing, he'd stand there shaking like a leaf. To this day, he still doesn't know why, and he's not sure if he wants to overcome it.
- Regarding his 'armor' garb; it was one of his first concepts he tried to execute, but did so poorly in his eyes. It was to be a piece that wouldn't be replicated and hearkened to the past. With a more recent redesign, it's become the main attire he's known for despite how scant it is compared to normal clothing. While he won't wear it to higher-up marketing and business meetings, he's been seen at various conventions and awards ceremonies. For the ritzier events, he's been seen in a tailored suit that matches the aesthetics in a more suitable and toned-down way, through use of lapel pins and other smaller adornments. Regardless, it's absolutely become a staple of his appearance, and he's rather proud of it.
