Captain Tulia has been a prominent pirate among the Caribbean waters ravaging the waters with her trusted crew. She has few enemies that are still alive which usually give her the nickname of "Scarlet Death". Captain Tulia is bold and wild in her choices yet they are calculated enough she usually leaves her plans unscathed. She says she doesn't pirate for the money in fact she could care less for gold but does love the rewards of raiding an elite ship.
She has a soft spot for birds and would not hesitate to sink a ship only to steal the other captain's parrot. Her crew mentions of an island she often goes to leave the birds she adopts in her travels. Her hat contains the feathers shed and collected of many of those colorful tropical birds!
