Mason is a local fisherman who tends to be a loner and spends a lot of time by himself in his home on the beach. He loves this life, and doesn't require 'unnecessary contact with the outside world' (as he puts it) to be happy. He loves fish, not only to eat, but also as a pet. He has multiple aquariums full of the weird and wonderful catches he's had over the years, and he treats them well!
