GENERAL- Starting October 2023; If you decide to give my design to anyone on the blacklist, either by accident or purpose, I will then revoke the design back.
- Please direct any credit of art to my Tumblr or my Base / Adopt art please credit banana-groove, my adopt account.
- However, all design credit will be directly from my main account ( AKHMEN ) please and thank you. If unable to link, then link my Tumblr.
- You cannot resell my adopts for more than it's worth unless added art that is not mine is added there.
- I tend to look into my design tabs to see the things others do with my designs.
- I also check the ownership log.

YAY- You can change the species or gender or clothes of the character.
- You can apply Gore / Harm to the character. If you and the Character are 18+ then whatever is your decision go for it, I don't care.
- Yes, you can make them problematic, but it's your option and your responsibility, not mine. It's your own mindset to choose said option.

NAY- Please do not co-own my designs. I do not like that.
- Please do not alter too much of the design to the point it's unrecognizable
- Please do not make a twins to the adopt, like a carbon copy of them. You can make siblings but not carbon copies.
- Do not edit my art. If information was left in the reference, you can erase it, but others like background or one part to recolor is prohibited.
- Do not give my designs to anyone who has me blocked or dislikes me.
- I think it's given as to why. But as of March 2023, These users are actively stalking to get my designs, so please don't give them my designs.
