basic t.o.s for now will create a more in depth one later.
my basic rules are as follows.
1.) do not resell a design for more than they are worth (original worth + any additional art pieces count towards their resell worth dw.) basically if you get a character for free and add no art then resell you HAVE to resell it for free sentimental value is on a case by case basis and please come to me for that.
2.) my copying policy. if I see you or hear you copying a design OR stealing a design you are immediately blacklisted no ifs ands or buts about it. this counts towards designs I own and designs I make, even if they are owned by a different owner. Small similarities or concepts do not belong to me so they do not count towards this.
3.) My blacklist and greylist. My lists are private until you buy or gain a design from me. The people on it are people I DO NOT want you selling my designs to ever. The greylist are just people I won't directly sell to but I do not mind them getting them in other ways. once more these are not public lists and I do not wish to make them that way, but I will if anything happens to break this rule.
4.) I am very lenient on payments, do not abuse this. I give 5 months for just a wip, then after proof that you are actually working on it time will be divvied out on a case by case basis. Again DO NOT abuse this rule, if it ends up getting abused I will shorten your time.
5.) I have NO right to take away characters AFTER they are sold to you, if anyone ever claims this they are lying as I genuinely believe they are your character now and I have no right to mess with them. 6.) in the case of wanting to use anything I make commercially, please come to me directly, as licensing fees are not originally in the base amounts for anything, and will be decided case by case with what you are planning to use the art/character for! These (for me) are one time payments.
