Cook was born into a family of six. He has two sisters and one brother, Cook is the youngest. As a child, he was very interested in engineering and science. He skipped two grades, ending up with a Bachelor of Engineering at the age of 21. He then joined the ECB (Engineer Combat Battalion) before being recommended to the CIA. Cook was placed in the field engineering task force and was tasked to assist in anything mechanical working properly during operations.

Cook is extremely sharp and works well under pressure. Not only can he calculate new plans when the original plan is suddenly altered, but can do it fast and effectively. Although, he can make plans and act as a leader temporarily, he suffers from a phobia of letting people down and/or making a decision that leads to lives lost.

Spy-ders

"Spyders" are small semi-AI machines that send intelligence to the operator. They attach to any surface using a latching device and send out a laser tripwire. If anything passes through the laser, it sends that info to whoever deployed them via an antenna, working as effective watch guards.
