Horna

Embodiment of the malevolent force seemingly capable of anything plaguing the universe, also the titular character of it! He has an odd personality, unfazed yet exited about everything. Horna can't form full sentences, it speaks slowly in a max of 2 words. His speech is filled with sighs and heavy breathing.

Horna has a wide range of abilities ranging from creating portals for fast travel to consuming his surroundings only to send them into his pocket dimension. Horna can gift people extra abilities and powers, but his influence can easily corrupt them, eventually turning them into frail, blackened husks of themselves. Horna doesn't seem to care about that however and just continues wreaking havoc carefreely. He sometimes hides in his little dimension, which takes form in a never-ending maze.

Background

Horna has been altering and shaping the world since the beginning of time. No one knows where it came from, no one knows what it really is and no one knows how to get rid of it, so Horna's here to stay.

Eons ago the Scarlet family discovered the presence of the force and gave it a name. Since then people, namely Altins, have been studying its capabilities and effects on the world. Horna always seemed to seek out this lineage, helping with the research.

At another point in history someone in the Scarlet lineage created a functioning living being from the force, that being this embodiment.

Relationships

Soot
Horna is oddly attached to Soot, with him being one of the few who aren't corrupted from Horna while still being able to use the powers it gifts them. Horna's always hovering around him and following him around. He's so attached to Soot in fact that he's the only one with free access to Horna's pocket dimension and never gets lost it in.
