ABOUT:
Simon is a radio host in an oppressive distant cyberpunk future, using his radio show to be an informant to several gangs and rebellions, even if they have conflicting interests with each other. Any change is good change as long as he's not on the front lines. Lackadaisical and used to getting his way, his growing overconfidence is bound to lead to his end.
BACKSTORY:
He rarely speaks of his origins, a deeply private person, few people even know about his occupation. He tends to show up places and talk his way into anything, either as a chatty recruit with good initiative or a pesky tagalong. Rumors say he came from money, but he's quick to shoot them down.
