Summary:
Owner of the Carnival Confectioneries parlor, he primarily serves ice cream and fresh batches of candy to enlighten the day of those who enter his establishment. He was created by a Japanese family who were the previous owners of said shop, looking for ways to immortalize their recipes for years to come.
Personality:
His demeanor is very calm, warm, sweet as can be, and very polite. Sugar gets along with mostly everyone. He has a high tolerance when it comes to being mistreated but becomes rather cold if anyone or anything spoils his day.
Interests/Other:
-He is dating Spice, whom he was once rivals with.
-Sugar makes miniature ice sculptures in his down time.
-His original paint job was a monochromatic blue color scheme. However, he changed this for two reasons: to appear friendlier, and because pink happens to be his favorite color.
Unique Abilities:
Ice - He can shoot shards of ice, and turn his surroundings into a personal tundra. He is able to freeze objects just by holding them, and cover the faces of his enemies with a mask of solid ice to suffocate them. The strength of this ability depends on his emotions, if he is normal/happy, then his powers are average. If he is emotionally distant/irritated/angry, then his ice powers become much stronger and harder to fight against.
The Heartbreaker - A heart shaped weapon he often carries around and never leaves behind. Half of the heart itself is a saw that can spin rapidly, being able to cut even the toughest of materials in half.
