A cat burglar who finds most of his work in various black markets. More often than not he's on someone else's dollar, but on occasion he'll drum up the initiative to pull his own heist in the interest of making money.

I'm not sure whether it was his choice to steal the "tiger alien" or if he was put up to it, but it sure ended up being a hell of a lot more than he bargained for.

He's also really gay and really into Rico and he kind of regrets everything.
