A character based loosely on both Buster Keaton and Harpo Marx. He lives his life as though it's the 1920s/30s era in the modern world. He loves messing with tintype photography, film as used from the silent era, and other old tech. He owns a Ford Model T flivver that often breaks down. He grew up fascinated by silent stars like Buster Keaton and the silent 30s character of Harpo Marx, and decided to learn how to do stunts, acrobatics, improv and clowning like they do. He once worked in a traveling circus with a sidekick monkey named Josephine. He spends his evenings sitting in his favorite tree, the tallest in the neighborhood, watching the sun set. 

He has a plush fox terrier, Hokum, that he's had since he was young. Harp has found that Hokum is like a good luck charm, and carries his plush buddy with him when he goes on road trips or traveling to particularly important jobs that Harp's nervous about. In the summertime he often tours small-time theater companies doing pantomime routines, which are well-received overseas.
