Design Terms of Use
Characters may always be gifted or re-traded. Characters may only be sold if the design was paid for; if it comes with paid art then the design may be sold for the amount that was spent on the art made for that character. A paid-for character that has been traded or gifted away can no longer be sold.
Characters may be gifted or re-traded.
Characters may only be resold if the design was paid for and only for the price it was purchased at.
Characters may be sold for less (but never for more) than the current owner has paid at the current owner's discretion,
If the character comes with paid art then the design may be sold for the amount that was spent on the art made for that character.
Characters that have been bought and then gifted cannot be sold. Art that has been paid for by the new owner can sell the design for the amount the newest owner paid for art of that character.
