Honestly, do what you want with them, I don't really mind too much. But please don't use them to glorify illegal stuff.
I'd prefer if you to tell me before deleting/privating the character but it doesn't matter that much lol.
I tend to forget to edit my designs transfer permissions. Please remind me to change it if you want to transfer them lol.
