Design Terms of Use
Do not sell my designs to someone who does not own a toyhou.se. - 1 warning
Do not sell my designs for more than what you paid for them originally unless accompanied by added art/stories/etc. - 1 warning
Do not take credit for the design even if you redesigned it. You must have somewhere where it says "original design by Jasper_Blue." This shouldn't be a problem since all my designs should be on Toyhou.se from now on. - 1 warning
If you plan on selling a design I made you, contact me first
If you have sold or posted about selling my designs please tag me or message me who the new owner is. I like to keep track of who owns what to reduce the amount of characters stolen as I will know who the real owner is. -No consequences
When selling my designs you may not keep any alternate designs of the original character to yourself no matter how different they look. - 1 warning and 2 week temporary blacklist
Do not sell my designs without owning them for a minimum of 2 weeks. This does not apply if you are selling them back to me. - 1 warning and 3 day temporary blacklist
If you contact me and inform me that you do not own the character anymore (in any form of giving the character away/selling) you must give the new owner a link to an active social media of mine so I can keep in contact with them. - 1 warning to a blacklist (This depends on who you gave the character to and other things that may tie to this rule.)
do not do the following
sell means the following; selling, gifting, trading, or any other way to transfer rights of the oc to a new person
Delete ocs off of toyhouse you can’t sell them to someone who doesn’t have a toyhouse so they should Never be deleted if you don’t want them and want to delete them transfer them back to me
Sell designs to people without toyhouses - this is to keep track of who owns them a lot easier as their is proofs of sales and transfers
Delete the original design/artwork just put the image in a tab and make it private, just do not delete the original designs no matter how much you redesign the character
Sell character for more then they were bought unless accompanied by art, once art is added you can sell them for how ever much you want
Must ping me or dm me about selling the character I won’t ever say no you can’t but I will tell you my blacklist as I may have a private blacklist separate to my public one
Sell the character to someone on my Blacklist
Sell the alt designs or original design of the oc separately and keep the other half of the design
you can do the following;
You can redesign the character as much as you like
you can draw anything of the character you like (if it is socially wrong like N@z! ect I will have no problem making a public warning on you and blacklist you)
if blacklisted by me you can keep the ocs you have in your possession before you were blacklisted but cannot obtain more
You can do really anything else that’s not on the don’t do list
