Marfu

• He is an unusual species unknown to most of the world- most assume he's some sort of oddity or mutation. He is not inclined to share.

Marfu is a gentle giant-speaking mostly only in grunts and grumbles. He's constantly on the search for ingredients and meals he can use to craft his masterful dishes.

He adores sharing his food- and the only thing that's guaranteed to make him smile is seeing someone genuinely love and appreciate his cooking. he goes out of his way to feed the hungry and poor and will gladly pay adventurers in need to help him gather ingredients he's in need of. While he is generally a pacifist- he is entirely capable of defending himself, but he'd prefer to avoid conflict at all costs whenever he can. 

He has a soft spot especially for children and cute fuzzy things. Will save any kitten he can, guaranteed.

Marfu is a wandering chef who can make a delicious meal out of most any wild materials he can find. He wanders seeking more luxurious ingredients to try, and sharing his food with the world. He often stops  to create dishes for those down on their luck or starving, and is more than happy to teach them to make simple things out of the materials  around them.

He loves 'apprentices' and teaching others what he's learned over the years. He's a bit gruff, doesn't talk much, and will  probably just grunt at you if you ask him something, but he's a good guy  so don't let that intimidate you. 

He's quite old, but how old exactly is unclear. Whatever his kind is, they live for eons longer than humans.

Auntie Tilly is a permanent addition to his travels, and they seem to be good friends
