Heartigan that’s destined to watch over a hidden magical library and to share their wisdom to those who seek it but only if they prove themselves worthy. They’re wise but sheltered life has made them quite oblivious to the outside world. But lately.. They’ve grown awfully bored to their mundane life wondering.. If all the tales of the outside world really are as exciting as they seem.

• Knowledgeable and proud of the fact, a bit too much so but when it comes to outside world she’s quite oblivious and can also be impressed by most simple things.
  
  
• Tries to keep their behavior elegant and civil, but they back quite a temperament and shorter patience than they might appear.
  
  
• Not sure about heartigan lore yet but possibly made by an old witch/wizard archivist to protect the library when they’re gone?
  
  
• The magical forces of the books in the library sometimes accumulate into strange beings that blague the library. They hate dealing with them but they're a danger to the books that they take pride in looking after.
  
  
• Hair bow and bloomers not part of the design/heartigan traits. You can’t actually remove the skirt, the ref is just to showcase the sock designs.
