Design Terms of Use
✧ general trade + sale policy:
a design of mine may NOT be sold or traded off site. this is a way of keeping track of any characters I’ve created. their toyhouse MUST stay intact as well!! if a design is traded or gifted to you it may not be resold for money unless you bought them directly from me or paid for commissions/physical item commissions. then you may sell them for that price only. if sold to you you may only sell them for as much as you bought them for. (personal design policy applies if told ahead of time that they must stay on toyhouse/with toyhouse users only.
✧ personal design - trade + sale policy
if a design is traded/gifted to you the general rules apply. on top of that you may not delete them from toyhouse or sell/trade/gift them to anyone without a toyhouse profile.
✧ anyone who breaks my terms of service will be publicly blacklisted from owning any of my designs, trading with me, or doing business with me in general.✧
