My Blacklist

‣ Do not sell/co-own/gift my designs to blacklisted users.

‣ Designs of mine MUST stay on Toyhouse, with a PUBLIC profile. If you wish to sell a design of mine to someone who does not own a Toyhouse, please contact me and I will provide a free invite code.

‣ Do NOT use my designs as MCYT (Minecraft YouTuber) kinsonas.

‣Do not inflate the value of my designs. All types of art aside from gift art and art fight art may add to the value of the character.

‣ Do not alter/change up a design of mine too much. Keep the palette similar to what it was. Keep the original design in the gallery of the character. (Can be hidden, just as long as it’s there!!)

‣ No co-owns unless discussed with me during the initial purchase. Any co-owns after that are not allowed. If a co-own ends, please delete the extra profile that was made. If the extra profile was not made by me, the co-own was not approved.

‣ Do not make “children” or “sister” designs based on my designs. (Children = combining two designs to make a child) (sister = heavily referencing the original design as a sibling)

‣ If a design is obtained via a trade, the character can not be resold for money unless artwork is added afterwards. The design can only be resold for the value of the art added after the trade + the initial purchase value (in trade logs)

‣ Do not sell a design for more than what you bought them for unless art was added.

‣ If drawing/commissioning NSFW of a design of mine, you MUST be over the age of 18. The art must also be Anthro, and not have animal genitalia (knots, barbs, etc.)
