Personality: Caesar has a bit of an ego, he sees himself as royalty in the surfing scene. He prides himself on being undefeated, only losing due to disqualification. Like many others, he is very competitive but believes he is leagues above the rest. Each year he picks a new rival and does all in his power to defeat them, even cheating or sabotaging if he must. Those unlucky to be chosen as a rival soon find out about it. He likes to command others about and make announcements about what he believes is important but most of the time he's just ignored as everyone is used to it.
