Personality:
She is an upbeat and cheerful person who has a short attention span which causes her to jump around her interest. She often likes to seek out enemies whenever she feels listless and bored. She tends to forage for her own food supplies and materials during the day but due to her bloodlust nature, all of the boars and bears in that area are cleared out. As a result, she has resorted to hunting for fish to maintain her food supplies.
Character Details:
A lone huntress who resides in a cold and frozen forest of Snezhnaya away from civilization. An ex-Fatui member who is presumed dead. She left the Fatui to gain more knowledge and battle experience after the loss of her teammates during her field mission. Despite her outwardly cheerful and bright personality, she is a very bright and talented soldier with excellent battle instincts. Which allowed her to rise to rank quickly in the Fatui to earn her cryo delusion
Vision:
While she was out on a mission with her Fatui members, she was ambushed by a hoard of Hillichurls which left her team surrounded. Her mentor, who wielded a pyro delusion, was protecting her team from enemies whilst also keep everyone warm in a cold blizzard.
Yulia was entirely useless as the delusion she wielded was ineffective to the cryo shield enemies. All she could do was stand back and watch as one by one her teammate’s delusion backfires on them after hours and hours of fighting.
What was left was her mentor who was persevering through the harsh battle but just as they thought the battle was over, a hoard of large frost Lawachurl appeared out of nowhere and slammed her mentor away leading him to his death off the high altitude mountain. Enraged, Yulia tossed her delusion aside and charges at the huge creature.
The battle lasted on hours end as she fought against that Lawachurl. As she was close to her deathbed, Yulia gathered what is left of her strength and went in for a final attack. However, to her surprise, a ray of light shined down upon her and her enemy.
What appeared before her was an electro vision. With her newly gained vision, she ploughed through the enemy with ease. Covered with the enemy’s blood stood Yulia, alone in the blood-stained snow of her comrades and enemies.
“What is the point of a vision when I can’t even use it to protect the ones I love…?”

Normal Attack: Huntress’s spear

Yulia sharpens her attacks with electro attacks with a forward jab that deals Electro DMG.
This skill can be consecutively used 3 times.
It enters CD if not cast again within a short period.
If CD is not initiated yet, performing a plunging attack will create an AoE Electro DMG.
Elemental Burst: Prayers for the hunted
Summons the inner huntress spirit of the bear which creates multiple claws that deal AoE Electro DMG to all opponents within its range as she throws her lance towards the enemies.
Once the ability is used, it will automatically end CD for Claws of the Ursidae while having multiple claws deal Electro DMG for 10s
Passive talent:
Frozen Gust: When inflicted sheer cold, health decrease is minimised to 65% and crit rate increases by 15% and crit dmg increases by 25%
Killing rage: When Yulia is in the team, there will be a 45% chance to obtain double the amount of enemy drops after defeating an enemy.
Hunter’s Forage: When dispatched on an expedition in Snezhnaya, time consumed is reduced by 25%
