Neptune is a teenage water spirit, sent from his home in Atlantis to live among humans on Earth. Everything about the 'dry world' peaks his interest, and he enjoys eating the food it has to offer.

He's very outgoing and especially great with children, & enjoys attending parties and other social events with his friends.

No one questions his ears, horns, tails... or anything else.
