Rosa

One of the first performers and socialites to come out of New Vegas, Rosa initially came from an insignificant family in Novac, growing up with a love of music and singing. Enamored with the stories of icons and singers from before the war, once she heard of New Vegas's growth in the Wasteland, she immediately travelled there as soon as she could in hopes of reaching stardom.

Upon arriving, she auditioned for the talent pool at the Tops Casino, and being one of the only female participants immediately got a performing gig. It was there she rose in popularity, putting on shows and associating with many big names in Vegas. Her name started to spread around the Wasteland, and it was then that she realized she could get away with quite anything in the Mojave - whether that be obtaining flashy clothes or ordering hits.

Rosa is stubborn and goal-oriented - she finds something she wants and she finds a way to reach it, no matter what gets in her way. One who enjoys parties and being the center of attention, she thrives in the life of a socialite, having near total control of others (especially the men) around her.

Rosa is quite witty as well, sharp-minded and aware of what happens in New Vegas. She makes sure to play her cards safely, still coming out on top each time. However, Rosa does sometimes have tendencies to come across as rash or indulge too much in her status, forgetting she's still a person deep down.
