This creature has no name and evades all attempts to give her one. A being of pure cold, her only purpose for existence is to sap the warmth from any living thing she comes across. When she speaks, it is as if a frigid wind is blowing directly through you. Though her eyes appear sad, she never shows any hint of emotion. Just what is she...?

Personality
As a being without emotions, she lacks any sort of empathy. The only thing she seems to care about is making the world cold; she specifically seems fixated on the idea of "snow in summer." She is intelligent and capable of holding conversations with others, though it's rare to get more than a few words out of her before she either leaves or freezes her conversation partner solid. She speaks in a flat affect, and her sentences don't seem to end as much as they trail off. At times she shows hints of a sense of humor, which seems incongruous with her otherwise emotionless presentation. A recurring phrase of hers is "I'm not sorry," usually said to her victims after she freezes them alive. She is largely passive, but if she is attacked she will retaliate with powerful gusts of frigid wind.

As a being of pure cold, she is capable of lowering the ambient temperature around her just by existing. The longer she remains in one spot, the colder it gets. The speed of this effect increases in response to negative emotions such as sadness, anger, jealousy, and hatred. She actively seeks out solitary individuals who are in a negative emotional state to freeze.
She is capable of transforming herself into wind, and uses this to travel from place to place, as well as enter buildings and difficult-to-reach locations. She can also generate this wind to freeze living things or objects.
