Felicius, more commonly called Felix, is the son of a human woman and an incubus. He walks the earth just as any other human would, however, he searches for and consumes the souls of the dammed, leaving a trail of bloodshed. He manages to avoid being discovered thanks to his position as an officer at the city's police department. He is capable of appearing as many nightmarish things to the person he desires, and is a master of deception and inducing insanity. Incredibly charismatic, manipulation comes easy. However, he still gives people an eerie feeling that they can't quite put a finger on.
