Drien was adopted into the Earth pack after a mysterious event caused the rest of the Storm pack to be killed or chased from the area. There is currently no sign of the other members of the Storm pack, but it is suspected that Drien was going to be next in line as Alpha. Like Drien, the Storm pack had coats of greys and blues.
He claims to know of Shinya, but has never personally met the elusive creature.
