Shona Meshinzou (ショナ目心臓 Shona Meshinzou), also known as the The Mental Whisper心的の囁き (しんてきささやき) , is a student in class 1-C General Studies at U.A. High School and training to become a Pro Hero. AppearanceShona is a plus size girl with hair down to her lower back that starts a dark brown in her first year, but as she enters her second year she dyes it green on the end. She is of average height, at the same height as Midoriya. She often does not wear makeup and in her first year would only wear very unflattering clothes so as to draw people’s eyes away from her. However, as she gains confidence, she chooses to start wearing whatever makes her feel comfortable. PersonalityShona is often called a bright ray of Sunshine from the people around her. She is incredibly kind and friendly to everyone she encounters. She is always quick with a smile and a kind word. She is often considered bubbly and incredibly compassionate, likely due to her quirks influence. Even though she is in the General Studies course, she makes friends from just about every class and is often someone who brings a lot of different groups and people together. Along with being incredibly kind and compassionate, Shona is also known for being very intelligent. Shinsou is at the very top of the General Studies course, but Shona is tailing right behind him. They often study together with a small group from their class. Shona takes her studies very seriously and works her hardest to get top marks wherever she can. Shona, though being incredibly friendly, is also incredibly shy. She will be able to start a conversation with someone, but she often has trouble keeping a conversation going. That is, until she knows someone better. Once she is close friends with someone it is often hard to get her to be quiet, especially if she’s complimenting you. She is always quick to compliment everyone aside from herself. Shona can not stand quiet moments. Any time anything gets too quiet she will fill the silence with music or chatter. She will often be found humming to herself as she works or listening to music to keep her brain from going into overdrive. She may always seem very smiley, but she is very emotional and the small silences can make her even more emotional. 
Quirk and AbilitiesSuper Empathy (凄い共感 Sugoi Kyoukan ) Shona can sense anyone’s emotions from 10 meters away from her. With her glasses on, she can feel the very simple emotions such as anger or happiness or sadness. When she takes her glasses off she can sense much deeper emotions, but it also takes more of a toll on her due to being able to feel ANY of those emotions from everyone within 10 meters. If she keeps her glasses on, looks someone in the eye, and keeps a calm demeanor she can give them directions for as long as she can keep eye contact and keep them calm. Once they accept the directions, they will take the directions into their mind as if they were their own thoughts and follow them as such. (If she tells someone to Sit Down and they listen to her, they could then go find a chair and sit down without needing to keep eye contact with them) When she takes her glasses off and looks someone in the eye, she can then use her emotions to influence their emotions on a deeper level. And, if she can get them on the same emotion that she is feeling she can also send a thought/image at the front of her mind to them and receive a thought off the top of their mind from them. (For example, something they were thinking at that exact moment) Shona can also use her voice in song to influence people’s emotions. Whatever she may be feeling while singing will get transmitted through the sound of her voice. Her voice can get amplified by mechanical means and transfer her emotions further. However, her voice can not be recorded and keep the same affect, because it is from her emotions in the moment and that emotion does not carry over in recordings. MovesCommandIf Shona can make direct eye contact with a person and, if she can get on the same emotional wavelength as them or if she can make them calm, she can give them a command and they will choose to follow. It has to be a choice that they would willingly make if she was a friend or someone they trusted, because she can't force someone to go against their internal morals.Emotion TransferShould someone look Shona in the eyes while her glasses are off and she is feeling emotional, they will feel that emotion transfer to themselves. This transfer also works if the person can hear her singing. It has to be a direct connection and not a recording, because the emotion needs to be genuine and in the moment.Emotion TrackingThrough Shona's training in her own emotions, she has learned to more easily read others emotions and link those emotions directly to the person they're coming from. It is almost like a stream of energy or an aura that someone emits. And, using that, Shona can track that person down by following their aura trail, as long as it is within the last hour anf that person wasn't traveling by car or other modes of public transit. The more emotional someone is before Shona goes to track them, the longer their emotion trail will stick around.Stunning ScreamShona’s super move, using her super empathy quirk, is a scream that uses her built up pain, trauma and fear to immobilize her opponents. The scream is loud and can be amplified to be heard by more people. Anyone who hears it can be affected by it and also become immobilized. Every second she screams for, and it is heard, is a minute the target is immobilized. However, if she screams for more than a minute it can cause her to pass out.

Her arms and torso are covered with a nylon cut resistant fabric. She also has a headset that works as speakers and as a communication device, as well as speakers attached to a bandolier across her chest, which bluetooth to her headset to take her voice longer distances.
