La La is a child that lives in the Kappa region with her circus family, consisting of both biological, adopted, and hired members. The circus has a permanent set up due to its popularity as a local tourist attraction, so La La is able to attend school regularly. She performs in the earlier hour shows with the other clowns and her pet Kinnantas, Sprinkles. She's extremely outgoing, optimistic, and giggly, without the slightest bit of stage fright or hesitation to perform despite the large crowds.
