In a world where all fantasy creatures coexist on the same plane as humans, it is common to see how society has modernized by making both worlds work as one. Vittorio, a siren belonging to the sea of flowers and the faction of roses has the ability to have legs every time he wants, giving him the opportunity to live a life outside the sea. With the desire to discover new things, Vittorio has decided to start a new life in an apartment in the center of the city. For now he has enrolled as a formal student at the local university, who knows what future depairs to him.
