Seahorse is Tetra’s loyal assistant, and he has a one sided crush on her. Seahorse is loyal and very outgoing, he was raised on the outskirts of the sea kingdom and met tetra when they were both younger. He is a bit oblivious to social cues but very sweet, a sharp contrast to Tetra who is the more dominant of the two.
