Rockford is a cynical and close minded shepherd, stuck in his ways.

Mutation: Rockford has the ability to alter any rock like surface underneath him. He can armor or weapons or even a shield to protect others. His structures stay in place and never disappear, he has helped in creating lots of dens and repairs for the colonies.
