The most noticeable thing about Skapii is… How unoticeable she is. She’s incredibly discreet and reserved, hard to notice and not very talkative once she’s been noticed. She’s the one who’s observing from a corner, without being seen.
She’s very introvert and doesn’t get attached esily, needing a lot of time for her to trust to someone. Building any kind of relationship with her is a long process.

Moreover, she’s excessively prudent and paranoiac, usually refusing to give her identity and introducing herself as “Birdie” to strangers. She’s very observant and constantly looking around her, trying to understand everything that’s happening, to see what’s going on, and to avoid any treat.

However, once you’re close enough to her, she shows herself as incredibly caring and loyal, always friendly and trying her best to help when needed.

Skapii is an abuse survivor. “Survivor” being a big word… As she died after one of the thing that happened to her when she was younger. Hopefully, she came back as a shadow dropper, but never learnt to use her abilities.
She’s always been a lonely troll, but used to live in an appartment, in a city filled with trolls from all castes. She was the lowest blooded one of her district.
Very early in her life, she started being abused daily. Hit, insulted, pushed around and the such. She was bullied by the highbloods of her district, and never tried to resist, knowing she stood no chance.
One day though, they’ve come too far.
They were seadwellers, and probably bored. That fact that she dared to say “let me alone!” probably angered them.
She ended up tied to a table, tortured. They pulled off one of her fang with unadapted tools, they shreded her arms, side and legs with knives and razor blades. During the process, she would often get hit or slapped. No resistance was allowed, and she ended up passing out, then dying.
From now and since she came back as a shadow dropper, she lives far away from everyone. She was left with PTSD and strong paranoia. She’s deadly afraid of seadwellers since then.

Long after that, in her early 7 sweeps, she happened to meet a nice seadweller. After a long time, they ended up becoming best friends - they were very close. She used to come to his home daily, bringing him gifts of all sort.
However, things did not continue that way. One day, they had an argument. This would have been a detail if he didn’t raise his hand at some point, in anger. Thinking she was about to get hit, she ran away and never came back. She’s never recovered from this, and still regret her ex-best friend, while being terified of him.
Since he knew where she lived, she moved. In a rush, bringing only the necessary with her. She now lives somewhere else in the forest, and would probably never show this place to another seadwellers… ‘Cause they’re all liars, yes.
