Customs & Adopts

• Credit for the design MUST be given to me, @ AnimatorMations on Deviant Art, AnimatorMations on Toyhouse, or Jen_theabominable on Instagram. Failure to do so will add you onto an adopt/commission blacklist
• Design changes are fine once you buy a design
• (If posted on DeviantArt), credit for the design is required on the original reference sheet
• Species of the design may be changed once owned and is also allowed to have many types of forms

Reselling/Trading/Raffle & Gifting

Designs may not be resold for money at all if:

• The design was received from a trade
• The design was received as a gift/ raffle
• The design was not received using DA points/any kind of money currency

You MAY NOT sell my designs for real currency UNLESS THE DESIGN WAS PURCHASED WITH SUCH. You MAY NOT resell the design higher than the buying price, UNLESS they have commissioned art, which can be added to the total. Art obtained for free or through an art trade DO NOT COUNT toward the character's overall price.

• You may gift designs to another user
• You may not resell or trade designs within 1 MONTH OF PURCHASE/TRADING/WINNING-RAFFLE (Some people are so indecisive and you probably won't understand that it hurts people for designs to be resold so quickly)
• You may not resell or trade designs if the character in question does not have any art
• In order to resell a design, the character must have at least 1 piece of art, not including the ref sheet or the original art
