Backstory

Malkarias suffured all his life of a terrible 'curse': no matters who stays near him, something terrible will happen at this person. Boys, girls, aliens, humans, people he tried to sleep with for only one night, and even members of his own family; he lost everyone. That's when he lost the last member of his family that he decided to go live on a little planet without interrest in the Hutt space, alone.

Alone inside a dirty hangar, he started to collect some metal pieces with no value to sell it for a highter value to naive people. This is how he met Ethan.

Ethan was looking to buy some pieces to build his first exoskeleton, mainly composed from scraps. As naive guy, he totally get ripped off by Malkarias. Trying to negociate to cancel the deal, he explained why the exoskeleton was vital for him... And Malkarias noticed something: "Did you built it by yourself?"

"Eh... y-yes. It's not very cool because I miss some good pieces but-" No need to say more. A little personal exoskeletons maker was here, just at his door. Malkarias proposed a deal to Ethan: if he came here everyday to built exoskeletons for him, he coud find the pieces and sell them. Half of the final price for him, half for the little genius. Ethan accepted, and that's how he get scamed a second time.

The first day Ethan came with his materials and finished locked inside the hangar's cave. "Work well, little genius, or you'll never get out from here!" Contrained to work for free for an asshole who scamed him a second time, Ethan was very hangry. But he was not without resources... One time per day, Malkarias opened the door to gives him a bit of food. Too weak to hurt him in any way, Ethan just reprogramed the droid which was here to help him. The droid grabbed Malkarias so strong that he couldn't flee, and was contrained to talk with the little human in a face to face.

Ethan was very temped to lock this Devaronian into his own cave and go away very far, but he prefered negociate. "I finish the exoskeletons, you sell them, half of the price for me, and you let me work in your hangar, not locked here!" (Ethan really needed some money) The red guy accepted, and that's how Ethan get scamed a third time.

Malkarias already found a buyer for the exoskeletons: the Black Sun (the big mafia of the galaxy.) When he came into the Black Sun's buildings with Ethan, the deal was already agreed: he was selling 10 exoskeletons + a little cute human, very clever, able to construct more. And that's how Malkarias get scamed.

The Black Sun had never intented to pay them. They just locked them into little cells, abused them, and play with their new free exoskeletons! It's here Ethan and Malkarias started to work together. After a few days (and with some help) they both could flee the buildings and then, the planet. They stolen by the way a bit of the Black Sun's money...

Now, they're still together, and Ethan is probably the first person Malkarias never lost.
