lulubelle, or "lady luck" as she's known as by most, is a vaguely incorporeal minor deity of fortune!
✦ "vaguely incorporeal" because the only person who can see her is oleander, but still has tangible effects on the world.
✦ ...for example, driving his drunk ass around town in whatever fancy vintage car she has that week. which she collects!
✦ carries around a golden revolver and can be easily identified by the neck scarves she incorporates into every outfit.
✦ wears biking goggles that rest on her head when not in use and long lacey gloves.
