Pokka

A young boy who was implanted with the cells of a elder god.  He escaped the compound where this occurred and is currently on the run from the scientists there.  He's energetic and mischievous and almost always has a wide kinda creepy grin on.  Because of the cell implants his right arm is a mass of tentacles.  He can change their size and shape to use them as a weapon, grappling hook, and all matter of tools.  While it can not transform into a normal hand he can shrink them enough to fit inside a glove so as to not startle normal folk.  His eyes seem to reflect the void...
