If you don't end up getting any offers, I'd love to give this girl a home! Her name would be Joyce, and she would be a minor antagonist allied with one of my villain groups, only to branch off and become a major antagonist later in my BSD fan story. She'd be sweet and bubbly but with an undertone of desperation as she feels totally disconnected from the world around her. This desperation would lead to her becoming a villain and an actual threat.
