Design Terms of Use
Design T.O.S
- Owners may freely sell, trade, or gift designs.
- You are free to change, modify, and even change species of designs.
- FOR RAFFLES AND FREE DESIGNS
- Resales on them are allowed, as long as extra art has been added that are NOT colored line arts.
- I prefer you do not receive a free or raffle design from me to sell away for profit when nothing has been added to the character. I cannot control people from doing this as once a design of mine is transferred to you, it is rightfully yours. But I do see what is being sold for profit when originally given for free with nothing added on. I keep track of the username and will refrain from allowing you to participate in future raffles or allowing you to claim a free design from me.
- Designs may be used freely / commercially as long as you own the rights to the character.
- No design of mine may be used in any NFTs and cryptocurrency.
Failure to follow T.O.S will result in a blacklist and block.
