My TOS
- Once the character is purchased/transferred or gifted, it is fully owned by you. You can modify the design.
- You can resell the character at the same price that you bought it. If YOU commissioned art or YOU have created quality art of the design, then you can increase the value of the sale.
- If the character was traded/Gifted, you cannot sell it unless YOU commissioned art or YOU have created quality art of the design.
- By obtaining one of my designs, you have the right to use it commercially.
