—Do not copy/steal/trace/reference/sell my OCs.

—Do not sell my designs or ask me to draw for Blacklisted users.

—You can ping me if a design I have made is for sale!

—I love seeing artwork of designs I’ve made! Please don’t hesitate to show me!!!

—I often forget about things I owe! 

•I will sometimes request when I should get owed art done!

—Do not put your TOS on MY DESIGNS

—You are allowed to redesign the OC.

•Please keep it close to the original design as possible!

•If you’re not sure about if a redesign is too much, please ask me!

—You are allowed to gift my designs.

•Gifting to Blacklisted users will get you Blacklisted and blocked from owning my designs. This also counts for redesigns other users have made.

—You are not allowed to remove my credit.

•This goes for artwork, my designs, and redesigns.

—You are not allowed to sell my designs offsite of ToyHouse.

•I like to keep track of how many designs I’ve made.

—You are not allowed to remove my watermark/signature.

—You are not allowed to sell my designs for online currency UNLESS art has been added!

•Ask me how much you can sell them for BEFORE you put them up for money/online currency offers.

—You are not allowed to turn my designs into NFTs.

•I will get a lawyer.

—Do not trade/sell them away instantly.

•Please wait at least 2 weeks!

—If you received an OC from me that is my design, it MUST BE TRADE ONLY. DO NOT SWITCH THE VALUES OF THE OCS IN TRADE.

•Doing so might blacklist you or will result in me not doing business with you

•Character trade value cannot be added to an OC.

—You are not allowed to trace/reference/steal/copy/sell/repost my artwork.

•If you want to show off the artwork I made you, please ping me!

—You are not allowed to turn my artwork into NFTs.

•I will get a lawyer no matter what age you are.

—I do have a PingList if you ever want to know if my commissions and art trades are open!

•If you offer something else than what is stated, I will remove your comment.

—Please do not change your offer once it is accepted!

—If you are unable to send what you offered, I will NOT block you!

•Please don’t make this a repetitive thing though!

•I will always try and see if there is another way for you to obtain the adopt/artwork!!

—For art offers; all I ask is that you update me!

—The online actual currency I accept is USD.

—The only online currency I accept is DeviantArt Points.

—If you need a hold, please give me an estimated time!

—Please provide proof of payment!

•I will check if you have sent payment.

—If offering artwork, please provide me with updates!

•Iwill always have your username in the description of what OCs you’ve got on hold.

—>About Co-Owns

—I will only want to co-own with users I know.

—Please tell me if you plan on selling/trading your half of the co-own.

—Please do not redesign the co-owned OC without me knowing you’d want a redesign.

—>About Refunds

—I will most likely not accept refunds!
