Shapeshifting spirit of the frozen plains and taiga. He is of eternal age and immense power.

Jökull is a winter guardian, seen by many for good luck, changing of seasons and frigid beauty. He is revered as a god near the poles.

Jökull’s first charge is to banish evil spirits from the icy plains of the forest. He carries with him a sword forged in foggy, ice runes named Hylbrande, which stores the spirits before releasing them back to where they came.

If you are blessed to see this restless watcher under the northern lights, he will bestow upon you a portion of his spectral sight. Allowing the user to see nature the way he does before the gift diminishes and returns to Jökull.
