Oriel

Oriel is a Prince of Hell, second in line to his older brother, though he currently has zero interest in any responsibilities that might come with the title. He'll often use his status in order to get away with causing trouble among the more stuck-up members of the nobility.

Appearance

He's tall and well built, he spends a lot of time out and about and practicing his sword fighting so an almost unintentional result is that he's relatively strong and fit. The shadows that form around him default to appearing as horns and a tail, but the exact form changes depending on his mood and feelings. Sometimes the horns appear taller, sometimes they form from one to several pairs of wings, he can even have them take specific forms and 'attach' them to others in order to create illusions. They don't necessarily have to stay shadowy black, they can become tinted different colours.

The shadows, when attached to other people, can either be used to temporarily blind opponents or, given focus, be used to temporarily create illusions that change their appearance. It takes him a decent amount of effort to keep up and he has to stick relatively closeby for it to remain.

Personality

He's generally quite friendly and tries to be very approachable, as long as you're not an asshole. If you end up getting on his wrong side it's probably best to be careful because he will get to you through increasingly elaborate practical jokes and pranks. He in particular has very little patience with nobility. He's always putting on a smile, even if at times he's not truly feeling alright, he just doesn't want people to worry, preferring to handle his issues on his own rather than dragging others into it.
Very impulsive and opportunistic, and rarely thinks his schemes through before he tries executing them, sometimes resulting in someone getting injured, or something getting broken.
