Being a business women of the latest security trinkets she was seen as the darling of the industry. Though it is hard to fail when the business is an heirloom ran entirely by family and up tight overly strict family that has far too many ties to questionable business partners.
Growing up with such tumultuous environments have helped in creating her rigid personality. Demanding order and things to be done a certain way. She’s often seen as a tyrant with how quick she is to discipline her workers.
Even outside of work she is one to demand only perfection. Making her not the most desirable client. But those that can stand her are rewarded with hefty tips and a glowing review.
Even in private she’s much the same - her life running on a tight schedule. Though there are a few moments when she starts to relax - either by throwing on some trashy tv or trying her hand at new dish.

They tolerate each other at most, being as he’s reckless and chaos seems to follow him like a shadow. She often finds herself in the business of cleaning up his messes. Literally.
Where she was once the darling child of the business world wowing the public and investors, she now finds herself chasing behind this newcomer with inventions that act more patches to fix whatever issues his new toys are causing.
Najia - Local Pest
Their interactions are many, most having to do with Olivia calling security on Najia. How it gets in or how many times it’s broken into the company offices is beyond her. Honestly she would rather not know how many trade secrets the other fox has ran off with.
But she’s found some uses for it, like send it over to Rhys and have him deal with Najia’s meddling. At least if he’s busy chasing the fox down they’re not bothering her.
