Jughead or JJ wasn't exactly the smartest kitty from the litter when he decided to poke his head inside that water jar.

But the water jar turned out to be a old magical jar created and lost by an ancient water god. JJ was born without a tail but due to the magic of the jar he sprouted a brand new tail made of water along with manipulating it and other amounts of water.
